-Previous medications does not work the same way it did before once we go back to taking them
-In choosing between Prednisone and anti-inflammatory drugs, Clint recommends getting off Prednisone first
-Prednisone is a very damaging and detrimental drug
-Massive increase in exercise, dramatical shift to a plant based Paddison Program diet, corect microbiome supplementation and stress reduction are the strategies to get off Prednisone

Katy’s live presentation - Turning around lifelong JIA

- Jackie organized an event on the Isle of Man to raise awareness about autoimmune diseases
- She invited Katy as a speaker and she told her story to the audience
- Before her first birthday, Katy was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
- She grew up having to learn to live with chronic pain and a sense of hopelessness
- In 2000 she switched from methotrexate to Enbrel, which helped a lot, but the pain never went away
- In 2010 Katy started a job as a dietary aide, but she needed pain killers to get by
- She entered a spiral of depression until she found a video of Clint
- She binge watched all his podcast episodes and the next day was her day 1 on the Program
- After a year and a half she feels more energized than ever and getting stronger every day

Rebecca’s Extraordinary Progress Against Multiple Sclerosis

Kari is overcoming multiple diseases with the Paddison Program

- Kari has four auto-immune diseases, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Hashimoto's, lupus and vasculitis
- She was diagnosed with Hashimoto's when she was 20 and had a lot of problems with thyroid medications
- Years after, the three other diseases went into the picture altogether
- Her kidney was in acute state of failure, making medications prescription very difficult: she eventually started methotrexate
- After three months not only kidney but also liver was in failure
- Kari stopped methotrexate and started the Paddison Program the next day
- Relief was immediate and after a period of refinement she has found her right balance
- The Paddison Program forum has been a great source of help and information in the process

Selim is overcoming ankylosing spondylitis with the Paddison Program

- Selim was diagnosed ankylosing spondylitis about a year ago
- He had severe pains and morning sickness and his CRP was very high
- After finding Clint's TEDx Talk, he started with the Paddison Program and switched his diet to more raw foods
- The pain was gone in the first couple of days of the initial cleanse portion of the Program
- A lot of journaling and cleansing within the Program proved to be a successful strategy
- He also had an episode of Uveitis and got rid of it in 9 days of cleansing
- Support from her girlfriend Gökcen was a key element of his recovery
- Selim is now able to work again and just recently ran a half marathon
