Frank is drug free and feels great with the Paddison Program

December 16, 2018

We discuss how:

- Frank had lots of pain - back, knees, shoulder and so on - to the point that it took him 20 minutes to get out of bed
- He went to the hospital and had a very high level of inflammation
- After his rheumatologist told him there was nothing to do, he started searching the internet and found the Paddison Program
- He started the Program 5 months ago and results came in very fast
- He was on diclofenac and prednisone (and later sulfasalazine), which made analyzing the results very difficult, so he began taking less drugs
- Then his rheumatologist told him to stop drugs completely because they were damaging red and white blood cells
- After 3 weeks he went back to the rheumatologist, and she told him the RA diagnosis must be wrong!
- She couldn't believe the change in diet and lifestyle could have such a tremendous impact on RA
- Now Frank is drug free and feeling great again

Inflammation is the enemy (NOT RA drugs!).

December 12, 2018

We discuss:

  • Inflammation is the enemy because it creates more inflammation via a vicious cycle.
  • It's not about having a mindset of avoiding medications at all costs but we must keep our inflammation low.
  • Disease-modifying drugs and the biologic drugs when administered correctly, carefully, thoughtfully for the right symptoms normally provide far more benefits to a long-term healing plant then they do negative side effects.
  • Medications, diet, exercise, stress reduction and supplements are 5 major tools in reversing RA.

Tom needs less RA drugs with the Paddison Program

November 19, 2018

We discuss how:

- After being diagnosed with RA at 21, Tom started taking many different medications
- He started with Celebrex and after 4 months he added Methotrexate, which had heavy side effects
- Enbrel was also added to the mix and initially it helped with the symptoms
- After about 8 months Enbrel started to lose its effect, and switching to Orencia didn't help as well
- After having stopped Methotrexate Tom wasn't able to start again with it and began taking Rituximab
- Rituximab started working and in the meantime Tom went on the Paddison Program
- His change in diet and lifestyle following the Program helped him reduce the side effects of the drug to a great extent
- At that time he was still taking Celebrex and prednisone, but thanks to his new diet he eventually stopped both
- He's now on his journey to recovery and progressing every day
