- After a period of intense stress Lani got a urinary tract infection
- After 10 days of antibiotics her hands felt like they were on fire
- Initial tests for RA went negative, but the pain extended to the wrists and then to the arms, feet and ankles
- While waiting for more specialized tests, she found the Paddison Program and started doing it.
- Two weeks later she was diagnosed with RA: the doctor suggested starting with Plaquenil
- Lani was already feeling better so she decided not to take drugs and continue with the food program.
- She was still barely able to walk, but she signed anyway for a half-marathon in Hawaii the she had run every year
- Five months later she actually ran the race and it was her second-best race ever!

- About 4 years ago, Bambi started to have severe pain in the ankles
- Months passed waiting for answer from the hospital, and the arms started to hurt very bad as well
- Bambi runs a nursery, and working became more and more a struggle
- Eventually she was diagnosed with RA and started taking methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine
- There wasn't much improvement, and side effects were really heavy, with the weaker immune system being a concern for her work
- After one year, while she started feeling very depressed, she came to know the Paddison Program through a Facebook group
- She bought a juicer, started the Program and immediately felt an improvement
- After a short time she was able to get on her knees to talk with children, something she wasn't doing for years
- Now Bambi has a plant-based diet, has dropped hydroxychloroquine, reduced methotrexate to a very small amount and doing great!

- At a point in his life, Pat literally started to 'slow down'
- He couldn't even close the car door, and struggled to move without significant pain
- He eventually got diagnosed with RA and put on medications
- The drugs brought some relief initially, but the improvements weren't enough
- He started with prednisolone and methotrexate and then added Arava to the mix
- Pat then started to do his own research and came across the Paddison Program
- With it, he managed to get to a stage where he was 'functioning again' and then constantly improve on it

How Laura Has Resolved Her RA Inflammation Without Drugs

- Laura started having symptoms of RA 5 years ago at 24
- Three years later, after having her daughter, she had a massive flare-up
- Having had stomach problems since she was 16, she made the connection between her symptoms and diet although doctors were of different advise
- She researched and found about Dr. McDougall and Dr. Greger early on, and that helped reduce the symptoms in the early stages
- After the RA diagnosis (seropositive RA with elevated anti CCP) and with a rheumatoid factor of about 300, methotrexate and sulfasalazine were suggested as a therapy
- Antibiotics for a bladder infection worsened the situation, and a specific restaurant meal exacerbated her symptoms, leading her to reconsider her diet once again
- After additional research Laura found about the Paddison Program and started it immediately with astonishingly good results
- Now she is almost completely pain-free with CRP under 1, without taking methotrexate or other drugs
- Bikram Yoga also is proving to be a crucial factor in her recovery

Katy is back for her 2 year update! She has done phenomenally well in the past two years, building even further on the progress she made in her first year on the Paddison Program. [See her first episode here]. We discuss how:
- Katie was diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis when she was just 10 months old
- She was put on antibiotics after a series of ear infections and a month after she had her first RA symptoms
- She was put on baby aspirin, prednisone and pancreole with high dosage until she was five
- She was then put on methotrexate and starting at 10 she switched to Enbrel
- When she started her first job her doctor put her on Vicodin to manage the pain, but dosage went up and side effects started to appear
- Katy went into a depressive state but soon after she found Clint's TEDx Talk and the Paddison Program
- Along with the diet change, Bikram Yoga helped immensely
- She has tapered off Vicodin and her pain levels have dropped
- Katy represented Oregan in a yoga competition and overcame many self confidence fears to do so
- Katy has spoken internationally about her story on the Isle of Man
- Katy’s diet has expanded in the past two years and she loves her food that keeps her healthy

- Marcel is 11 years old and has been diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis
- Symptoms started about a year prior to his diagnosis with some pain in his jaw and his foot
- Then the pain spread to his finger joints and came to a point he couldn't hold a pen and write
- He began the Paddison Program and after the initial cleanse, the very next day fingers felt a lot better
- His mother Anna assisted him constantly and carefully prepared every step of the Program adjusting it for her child
- This version of the Program tuned for children got results in a very short time with Marcel
- After starting the Program inflammation hasn't come back at all
- Now Marcel is pain-free and is doing a lot of sports, even more than before

- Rheagan is a musician and has been dealing with inflammatory arthritis for about 10 years, without it having much impact on her life
- One year ago, her left hand started swelling so much that she couldn't play her instrument
- After having tried many different approaches she came across the Paddison Program and started it
- After a couple of weeks she was able to play again, and it got better everyday
- Her fingers are now completely pain-free and she can play how many hours she wants
- She also had pain in her knees and feet, and now she can run without a problem
