Selim is overcoming ankylosing spondylitis with the Paddison Program

- Selim was diagnosed ankylosing spondylitis about a year ago
- He had severe pains and morning sickness and his CRP was very high
- After finding Clint's TEDx Talk, he started with the Paddison Program and switched his diet to more raw foods
- The pain was gone in the first couple of days of the initial cleanse portion of the Program
- A lot of journaling and cleansing within the Program proved to be a successful strategy
- He also had an episode of Uveitis and got rid of it in 9 days of cleansing
- Support from her girlfriend Gökcen was a key element of his recovery

- Specific exercises aimed at strengthening muscles can also greatly help in doing these movements

Shondra is defeating psoriatic arthritis with the Paddison Program

- Shondra was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis in May 2017
- Symptoms started in late 2015, and went so bad that she wasn't able to write and could hardly walk
- She initially went to a naturopath and found she was anemic
- She ended doing surgery in December 2016 but things didn't get better
- After being diagnosed psoriatic arthritis she was put on methotrexate and Naproxen
- At the same time, she started the Paddison Program
- She became a member of the Paddison Program forum and found great support in it
- Now, 6 months have passed since Shondra has been off all medications and her pain is under control

- She was diagnosed RA after a year and went on tons of medications

- She joined the Paddison Program about one year ago to reduce her Rheumatoid Arthritis symptoms
