- When Debbie was diagnosed RA she stopped being the very active person she was
- She went on Methotrexate and found it very hard to take with mixed results
- She added Humira and found some temporary pain relief
- After one year she caught a cold and had to quit Humira and the pain was back
- She had to quit the job due to the pain
- Then she started looking for alternatives and found the Paddison Program
- The people in the community helped her greatly
- Her condition has improved to the point she got back to work
- She now works out three times a week
- Meditation also plays a big role in her program

- Rubén has suffered pain from RA for about one year and wasn't able to even walk

- In one month he was able to return to his normal life
- He's now completely drug-free
- His wife is now expecting their first child and they are thrilled!
- Now Rubén is able to walk, run, squat his own body weight on his shoulders

Shelly celebrates 1 year off drugs

- Shelly is celebrating 1 year off drugs and 1 month off medications thanks to the Paddison Program
- She found great support in the Paddison Program community
- Her liver levels were very high during therapy with Methotrexate, Sulfasalazine and hydroxychloroquine
- She went on another therapy with Prednisone and Methotrexate that caused hair loss and fatigue
- Within two weeks after starting the Program she was able to completely cut off Prednisone
- Her blood tests are now on track
- She now exercises has more control on her breath
- She enjoys her health in a variety of ways
