- Inflammation is the enemy because it creates more inflammation via a vicious cycle.
- It's not about having a mindset of avoiding medications at all costs but we must keep our inflammation low.
- Disease-modifying drugs and the biologic drugs when administered correctly, carefully, thoughtfully for the right symptoms normally provide far more benefits to a long-term healing plant then they do negative side effects.
- Medications, diet, exercise, stress reduction and supplements are 5 major tools in reversing RA.

Tom needs less RA drugs with the Paddison Program

- After being diagnosed with RA at 21, Tom started taking many different medications
- He started with Celebrex and after 4 months he added Methotrexate, which had heavy side effects
- Enbrel was also added to the mix and initially it helped with the symptoms
- After about 8 months Enbrel started to lose its effect, and switching to Orencia didn't help as well
- After having stopped Methotrexate Tom wasn't able to start again with it and began taking Rituximab
- Rituximab started working and in the meantime, Tom went on the Paddison Program
- His change in diet and lifestyle following the Program helped him reduce the side effects of the drug to a great extent
- At that time he was still taking Celebrex and prednisone, but thanks to his new diet he eventually stopped both
- He's now on his journey to recovery and progressing every day

Carolyn overcomes Psoriatic Arthritis with the Paddison Program

- At the age of 30 Carolyn started having symptoms - swollen knees, fatigue and a lot of pain overall
- It took six years for her to be diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis
- After being diagnosed, she started going through different medications - sulfasalazine, Prednisone, Plaquenil
- She went on Methotrexate for a brief period of time, but it made her extremely sick
- Two years ago she started with Enbrel, which gave her the least side effects
- But after about one year the symptoms started to come out again
- Carolyn then found the Paddison Program and after 2 days the swelling was gone
- She's now on the Program and her condition is improving everyday
- She is now a member of Paddison Program Support to get assistance with her next health objectives

- Iida has just released her cookbook called "A Kitchen Fairytale"
- Inside the book she presents a wealth of plant-based recipes that are the basis of her plant-based diet
- She recovered from inflammatory arthritis without medications following the Paddison Program
- She started an Instagram channel about her journey with photos of her foods and gained a great following
- She started thinking about this book as a way of letting people with RA know about the Paddison Program
- Another key factor was the interest friends and family showed about her cooking
- A lot of research has been put in covering all the bases about the foods and how they work
- Recipes are easy to follow and are all oil-free and Paddison Program friendly
- All the book is based on a low fat, no oil, plant-based wholefood diet

-Biologic drugs make us susceptible to viruses and infections because our immune system is being suppressed by the drug
-Previous medications does not work the same way it did before once we go back to taking them
-In choosing between Prednisone and anti-inflammatory drugs, Clint recommends getting off Prednisone first
-Prednisone is a very damaging and detrimental drug
-Massive increase in exercise, dramatical shift to a plant based Paddison Program diet, corect microbiome supplementation and stress reduction are the strategies to get off Prednisone
